How big is the Mini Wee?

The MINI Wee is 25" x 25" x 5.5".  It is designed for smaller dogs that live in smaller living environments. 

How big is the The Pet Loo?

The Pet Loo is 33" x 33" x 6".  It is designed for dog owners who has the space to move The Pet Loo around (indoors and out).

Why is The Pet Loo this size?

The Pet Loo was designed with the understanding of animal behavior.  When your dog is ready to go to the bathroom, he / she will most likely circle around a few times before going.  Therefore, The Pet Loo has been designed to provide enough space to allow your dog to conduct business comfortably.

What happens if it's poop?

You would do the same as if you were walking your dog - pick it up and dispose of it in the toilet.

How does it get cleaned?

On a daily basis, pour warm water on the synthetic grass to rinse excess urine.

Once a week, it's recommended to remove the synthetic grass made, to rinse it thoroughly in the tub or outside.  Also, after the mat is removed, use hot water to sponge down the base.

Do I need to purchase more synthetic grass?

Purchasing additional grass is optional.  You may want to purchase additional grass so that you have a replacement mat to use while the other is being cleaned.

Does it smell?

If kept clean and the recommended cleaning process is consistently followed, The Pet Loo will not smell as it has been designed to expel the maximum amount of urine and base to not absorb any liquid.

How do I empty the bucket?

Simply use the handle to pull the bucket out and dispose the waste in the toilet.

Do I need to assemble it?

The Pet Loo comes pre-assembled, so it's ready for use!

Does my dog still need to exercise?

The Pet Loo does not function as a substitute for your dog getting exercise.  It is simply used to help you with times when you're not available to take your dog out and in between outdoor exercise.

Can my dog eat or sleep near The Pet Loo?

Any activities your dog partakes in other than toileting should not take place near The Pet Loo.
